THE BORDER PATROL! I will admit, one of the cooler names of a Sports Talk show Ive heard in a while, but dont be fooled. TBP does its best to try to lull you back to sleep after that first morning cup o joe. Repping the Jayhawks of Kansas, Nate Bukaty; repping the Tigers of Missouri, Steven St. John!
While their 6am opening segment definitely has a little bit of kick to it, the Border Report is the highlight of the show, where they talk about actual sports news.
Tune into their weekly segment with MLB network reporter, Trenni Kusnierek; as two grown married men shamelessly flirt with this young single girl. Or catch their weekly with Buster Olney of ESPN as he tries to answer the same question they ask e...v...e...r....y single week, "What do you think of the Royals young prospects?"
All in all, they have a decent show. I hate to bag on two guys who are only let out of their houses every so often.
